Phoenix Animal Rescue

A volunteer-run non-profit rescue in Gainesville, FL.

Volunteer Program

Nina, her mom, and her grandmother were adopted from PAR.

The volunteers at Phoenix Animal Rescue are the ones who make everything possible.  Our volunteers help set up play yards, give ear cleanings and nail trimmings, train our dogs in basic obedience, and teach shy dogs to trust people.  Can you post flyers around town?  Can you take a foster dog to training class?  Can you walk dogs at Petsmart on adoption days?

Phoenix Animal Rescue is always in need of volunteers with fundraising experience to continue funding the many projects at Phoenix Animal Rescue.  If you have experience in the printing industry, enjoy graphic design, or have experience with mailouts, we could really use your help!  We hold weekly adoptions at Petsmart in Butler Plaza on Archer Road and always need volunteers to walk dogs, answer questions, and snuggle shy dogs.

We need you!  Email Phoenix Animal Rescue

Holly was living at a convenience store when PAR was called about her. She tested positive for heartworms and her treatment costs $130. To sponsor Holly, click the Donate button.
