Phoenix Animal Rescue

A volunteer-run non-profit rescue in Gainesville, FL.

We Love Our Feline Friends!

The dogs listed here have all lived with cats and shown no aggression towards cats.  A proper introduction should be made to make sure your cat approves of his new canine companion.  PAR does not wish to agitate any contented cats.

Meet all of our dogs at www.phoenixanimalrescue.petfinder.com.

Lois is a three-year old pointer mix who has lived with cats.  She was adopted from Phoenix Animal Rescue as a puppy but had to return to us when her family lost their home due to foreclosure.  Lois is wonderfully well-behaved and knows Sit, Down, Come, Wait, Stay, and how to walk on a leash.  Lois is both crate trained and house trained.  She loves to play with her dog friends and greatly enjoys a good jog with her family each day.  She loves trips to the beach and likes to splash in the waves.   Lois would do best in a home with a fenced yard and an active family.  Contact adoptions@phoenixanimalrescue.org to find out more about Lois or to set up a playdate with Lois and your family.
